Oilfield Heating System


Solar oilfield heating system is a new type of heating solution with solar energy as the core energy source for the heating demand of oilfield exploitation, gathering and transportation. The system consists of solar collector, heat storage system, circulating pipeline, temperature control equipment, etc. By efficiently collecting solar energy and converting it into heat energy, the system provides a stable heat source for wellhead insulation, crude oil pipeline tracing heat, and process heating in the oilfield station, effectively reducing the oilfield's dependence on traditional fossil fuels and realizing energy saving, emission reduction and green production.

System operation principle


The solar collector device converts solar energy into thermal energy and heats the heat-conducting medium (water or heat-conducting oil). The high-temperature medium is transported to the heat storage system through a circulation pump, releasing heat when there is insufficient light. Temperature sensors monitor the temperature of each heat-demanding part of the oil field in real time and transmit the data to the control system. When the temperature is lower than the set value, the control system starts the circulation and conveys the high-temperature medium in the heat storage system to the corresponding heating part; when the temperature is too high, it suspends the heat supply or adjusts the heat dissipation to realize the accurate heat supply according to the demand.
