It utilizes a DC double-pass glass heat pipe with interconnected head and tail sections, effectively addressing issues such as freezing, cracking, and pipe rupture commonly found in traditional solar energy systems. An interference coating process is employed to ensure high-temperature resistance, low-temperature resilience, and efficient solar absorption. Expansion joints are incorporated within the inner tube to prevent vacuum tube breakage resulting from thermal shocks. Using air as the heat transfer medium, the system harnesses solar energy to fulfill indoor heating requirements. The system offers advantages such as high heating efficiency, low operational costs, adjustable air volume, and compatibility with multiple energy sources. It is primarily applied to single buildings for daytime heating, including school classrooms, office buildings, workshops, and station houses. Additionally, it can be utilized in drying rooms.
DVC500 Double Pass Vacuum Tube Air Collector Features:

Double pass vacuum tube air collector to “air” instead of liquid medium as a heat transfer medium, the heat absorbed by the heat-absorbing plate to heat the air after the natural/forced circulation of the hot air to the end of the heat, which can be used directly for heating or indirect heat supply equipment through the heat exchanger;
