Albanian Parliamentary Delegation Visits Soletks to Explore European Clean Energy Cooperation

An Albanian parliamentary delegation tours Soletks' clean thermal energy facilities and opens cooperation talks for European markets.

A high-level Albanian delegation led by Klodiana Spahiu, Deputy Speaker of the Parliament of Albania, together with Ambassador to China Riza Poda, recently visited Shandong Soletks Solar Technology Co., Ltd. for an on-site tour and cooperation talks. The visit took place during the 7th Meeting of Local Leaders of China and Central and Eastern European Countries, held in Jinan, Shandong, which brought together more than 600 delegates from 44 countries.

A Closer Look at Soletks' Clean Thermal Energy Technology

During the tour, the delegation visited the company's clean thermal energy showroom, where Chairman Han Rongtao presented Soletks' core products and technology applications. He outlined the company's development, its technical strengths, its full industry chain, and its plans for international expansion.

Han explained that Soletks focuses on the development and application of solar, geothermal and air-source energy, providing integrated clean energy solutions — heating, cooling, power and process heat — for buildings, industrial heat, agriculture, drying, and infrastructure projects. The company's product range spans PVT hybrid systems and flat plate solar collectors through to complete solar hot water systems.

Manufacturing Scale and Core Technology

Soletks operates a complete industry chain spanning core material R&D, intelligent equipment manufacturing, system integration, and application-specific solutions. It is the only manufacturer in the world able to produce both blue and black selective absorption coatings — the components that determine solar-to-thermal conversion performance — and holds the leading market share in this segment. The EFPC integrated design reduces installation footprint by 62%, piping by 64%, and installation time by 80% compared with conventional layouts.

Soletks' flat-plate collectors hold Solar Keymark, CE, and ISO 9001 certification, meeting the standards required for European and international projects. Han said the visit marked an important opportunity for Soletks to engage with the European market. He added that the company intends to align its technology, production capacity and supply chain with clean energy demand in Albania and other European countries, and to pursue practical cooperation across multiple areas.
